If your child wants to defer their place, they can do so upon approval of William Angliss Institute, and completion of all documentation. If they have applied through VTAC, they will need to defer through VTAC as well as completing the requirements outlined below.

If your child wishes to defer, they can either come to enrolment and request a deferment form, which can be filled out and lodged on the day, or alternatively contact the Institute by phone and we will send out a Deferment Form which needs to be filled out and returned by the specified date.

If your child has lodged a timely Deferment Form, they will receive a letter from William Angliss Institute confirming your deferment. William Angliss Institute will not accept deferment that is only requested through VTAC, and reserves the right to refuse deferment requests.
