Two scholarships are available to applicants of the Bachelor of Culinary Management and two for the Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management, all scholarships comprising half of the fees for semester one.

For each degree, one scholarship will awarded based on academic merit (ENTER score) and one based on equity (evidence provided in the application). Following enrolment in 2009, the CEO or Board President will present the scholarships to each of the selected applicants.
