If applying for a course through VTAC, you'll need to attend an interview these will be in groups of six to eight applicants.

If applying for more than one of the VTAC listed courses you will only need to come to one interview as this will cover them all.

If applying for a Commercial Cookery or Patisserie courses, interviews will be carried out individually, and you must make an appointment time. To arrange this please call the Institute.

Interview Outcome

All applicants are advised in writing of the outcome of their application, either directly from the Institute or via VTAC. Accepted applicants will be notified in writing of enrolment procedures and dates.
