Ready to apply? Follow the steps below
Step 1 - Complete VET or HE Application Form
Complete an Application for Enrolment as an International Student.

Step 2 - English Language Proficiency
Attach certified copies of your English language proficiency documents, academic transcripts and evidence of work experience (if relevant).
Step 3 - Passport Photo
Attach one passport photograph to the application form.
Step 4 - Proof of Identity
Attach copies of the front pages of your passport and current student visa (if applicable).
Step 5 - Where to send your application

Step 6 - Offer letter
An offer letter will be issued to you if your application is successful. To accept the offer of a place follow the instructions listed under your country assessment level.
Step 7 - Determine DIAC Country Assessment Level
You may need to determine your DIAC Country Assessment Level by consulting the DIAC website:

Step 8 - Your Acceptance
Once you have determined your DIAC Country Assessment Level, click here for instructions on Accepting your offer.
We endeavour to issue an offer to you (or our representative if you use their services) within two working days of receipt of your application and all supporting documentation. Delays will be experienced should forms or documentation be incomplete.
The processing of your student visa by DIAC varies from country to country, so you should check with the local Australian Diplomatic Mission for advice on normal visa processing times. William Angliss Institute is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Check dates of public holidays in Australia with the local Australian Diplomatic Mission.
The William Angliss Institute policies and procedures for international students are in accord with the ESOS framework which principally comprises the:

- Education Services of Overseas Students (Registration Charges) Act 1997 (the ESOS Charges Act)
- National Code of Practice for Registration of Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students
- Migration Act 1958
- Migration Regulations 1994
Other legislative guidelines in formulation of the Institute's policies and procedures were taken from the "Australian Recognition Framework Standards for Registered Training Organisations" and the "Vocational Education and Training Act 1990".
