These new free print resources provide teaching and learning materials for 9 hospitality units of competency.
For each unit there is:
- a Learner Workbook with extensive visual content and text and activities at appropriate language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) levels.
- a brief Trainers' Guide with advice on using the activities in the workbooks
- a Trainer Guide with general advice and suggestions on supporting Indigenous learners and learners with LLN needs.
The workbooks are designed to support learners enrolled in the SIT10207 Certificate I and SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality, particularly Indigenous learners, but they are also suitable for other groups with LLN needs such as youth at risk and NESB learners.
