After dreaming of becoming a chef as a child, his illustrious career all began with an apprenticeship at the Cranbourne Hotel.

Originally from the UK with over 10 years' experience in the retail travel sector spanning the UK, US and Australia, Paul has held various leadership positions in both inbound and outbound tourism sector in his adopted home – Melbourne. Paul is also on the Executive Committee of Adventure Tourism – a new generation not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to support the adventure tourism market in Victoria.

Payden graduated from William Angliss Institute in March 2017 with an Advanced Diploma of Events and was awarded the Most Outstanding Event Student Award for her year. Since then, she's taken up a role as Events Coordinator at the exclusive RACV City Club, where she helps with selecting venues and determining costs, arranging event services and monitoring approvals.
