Answers to commonly asked questions

WHEN CAN WE STUDY ON CAMPUS?

Our Melbourne campus and Sydney campus have re-opened for all classes.

DO I NEED TO BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND MELBOURNE OR SYDNEY CAMPUS?

You do not need to show your vaccination status to attend campus.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET VACCINATED AND DON'T PLAN TO BE VACCINATED?

You do not need to show your vaccination status to attend campus.

WHAT HAPPENS TO PRACTICAL CLASSES IF THERE IS ANOTHER LOCKDOWN?

We will continue to follow the directions of the State Government for the safety and wellbeing of our student and staff communities, and will do so in the case of another lockdown. We will advise you if there was a change to the delivery of practical classes under these circumstances.

WHAT CLEANING MEASURES HAVE YOU GOT IN PLACE TO ENSURE WE ARE SAFE?

We have ongoing rigorous daily environmental cleaning across our campuses which will continue to be maintained. High traffic and high touch public areas are routinely cleaned throughout the day. We continue to actively encourage sick students and staff to stay at home and also encourage personal hygiene, such as regular use of hand sanitiser by students and staff across campus. Disinfectant wipes are available in computer rooms and the Library to wipe down computers before use.

We have adjusted air-conditioning units to maximise the intake and circulation of outside air into the campus. Doors and windows will be opened where possible.
