Pastry Chef Frankie Ferrante is an Angliss graduate who has worked with Michelin-starred chefs at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar. This is a great opportunity to not only learn how you can make delicious vegan chocolate, but also pick your brains about what it takes to work in the industry.
