The ‘Support Space’ is facilitated by the Wellbeing and Counselling Team to encourage sharing, open communication, and social connection for positive mental health. There will be interactive activities on mindful eating, self-compassion, journaling, positive relationships, mental fitness, the wellness wheel, SMART goals, self-care, values, resilience, and more.
