Great Chefs Program
The Great Chefs program at the Angliss Restaurant gives our final year cookery students the opportunity to work with the crème-de-la- crème of Chefs from Melbourne’s vibrant culinary scene, offering both a unique dining experience and the chance for chefs and restaurateurs to network with apprentices.
The Institute offers training for businesses with staff working in an aged care or community care facility working with food preparation. Currently a Certificate III in Health Services is offered as a dual
qualification with a Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) through a clustered delivery approach.
