Traineeships

Traineeships combine practical work with structured training on the job to provide a valuable, relevant and nationally recognised qualification, with many incentives to the employer.

Traineeships and courses available in:

> Certificate III in Hospitality (Catering Operations)
> Certificate IV in Hospitality (Catering Operations)

Units are available separately, clustered or as a full qualification. Pathways into further study such as the Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality are available to students on completion.

Skill Set Training

Fully customisable skill set training in:
> Managing staff
> Induction programs
> RSA, hygiene and basic compliance
> Customer service
> Frontline management
> Food & beverage service
> Housekeeping and front of house
