Description

The Leadership & Coaching for Frontline Staff online Skill Builder is comprised of 2 nationally recognised units of competency (SITXHRM001 – Coach others in job skills and BSBCMM211 – Apply communication skills).

Once the course has been purchased, participants will be emailed an Enrolment Form. This Enrolment Form must be completed, signed and returned with a valid form of photographic ID for participants to be set up in our systems.

The creation of user accounts to access the online course is a manual operation and therefore takes place during office hours only and not over the weekend. In most cases you should allow 24-48hrs for this process to be complete.

Once all paperwork is returned, participants will be contacted by their trainer detailing the requirements for completing the course and emailed a Username and Password to access the online Learning Management System in order to undertake the course.

There are a range of assessments that are required to be completed as part of this course, which include:

  • Knowledge Questions (online)
  • Project/Scenarios (online)
  • Performance Tasks (video recording upload to training system)
  • Orals (Zoom)

Participants have 3 months from the online enrolment date to complete the unit assessments and upon successful completion of all the assessment elements, will receive a William Angliss Statement of Attainment.

Units will be archived once the course has expired, students can request an extension however this will not be granted after the expiry date has passed.

Refunds will not be processed for change of mind.
