It is recommended that participants wear soft soled flat, enclosed, shoes and clean comfortable clothing. Long hair should be tied up.

William Angliss Institute are offering a four class program that gives you compliance skills and knowledge to work in the hospitality industry.
This program covers beginners food and beverage service skills, coffee skills, food handler certificate and RSA certificates required for employment in hospitality.
Participants will be required to partake in hands on activities and skills sets and will gain practical experience in bar, café and restaurant settings, along with the required knowledge for future hospitality work.
This course is recommended for the following:
Those who are seeking basic hospitality skills Students of a discipline other than hospitality
Those needing basic skills to enter a hospitality workplace

Food Handlers (Hospitality Sector) - Monday 5 December 2022 9.00am - 4.00pm Responsible Service of Alcohol - Tuesday 6 December 2022 9.00am - 3.30pm ABC of Espresso Making - Wednesday 7 December 2022 2022 9.00am - 12.00pm Food & Beverage Service - Wednesday 7 December 2022 - 1.00pm - 4.00pm
Upon successful completion of the program you will be issued with the following certification:
Responsible Service of Alcohol (VGCCC) Certificate and William Angliss statement of attainment (SITHFAB002) Food Handlers - Hospitality Sector accredited certificate ABC of Espresso certificate of participation Food & Beverage Service certificate of participation
