In this course you will discover the delights of wine, wine production, handling and storage, the principles of wine, food compatibility and the sensory appraisal of wine characteristics and quality. This course will incorporate the components of the WSET Level 1 Award in Wine course and participants will be required to sit a one hour 30 question exam paper.
