Waterloo Dining

In 2014 we adapted our Sydney campus facilities to create a fully-equipped training restaurant for students.

At the restaurant, called Waterloo Dining, our students conduct real-life service periods, experiencing the full cycle of service and augmenting their learning and industry knowledge beyond the classroom. We are also excited at the prospect of being able to provide a fantastic setting for the local community to experience a range of different types of service and cuisines, as well as a great venue for all types of functions.

Regular service periods will be open to the public, with students preparing and serving delicious meals, ranging from buffet service to three courses meals, all for a small fee.

We believe the restaurant acts as an ideal training ground for budding professionals who are about to enter the workforce and carve out exciting careers in the industry.
 
Service Periods - Semester 2 2017

À la carte lunch, $15 per person:

  • Wednesday 20th September

Buffet lunch, $12 per person:

  • Thursday 21st September
  • Friday 22nd September

Please note, we only have limited space and service periods fill quickly. To ensure a table for your group please register via our online booking system. We unfortunately can only accept bookings online at present and groups can only be accommodated if they are made with a singular booking.
