Our training restaurants offer affordable dining and quality service while our students gain practical work experience cooking for and serving real customers. The venues are open to the public for lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Monday to Saturday during semester. Bookings are essential.
The Angliss Restaurant is the Institute's flagship fine-dining venue and the home of the Great Chefs program. The restaurant can hold up to 150 people, and offers an a la carte menu as well as function facilities for both cocktail and sit down functions.
The Angliss Bistro provides a relaxed and casual atmosphere for lunch or dinner. The Bistro can hold up to 50 people for a sit down meal.
The Occasions Restaurant provides affordable dining for special events or large functions. With capacity for 100 people it is a great space for student groups and Probus clubs.
