The Angliss Restaurant
The Angliss Restaurant is the Institutes flagship venue and the home of the Great Chef program. The Angliss Restaurant provides fine dining service in a modern and sophisticated environment. The restaurant can hold up to 150 people, and offers an a la carte menu as well as function facilities for both cocktail functions and sit down lunch/dinner. Mains begin at $12 and set menus start at $19.
Angliss Bistro
The Angliss Bistro provides a relaxed and casual atmosphere, and is a perfect place to bring friends and family for lunch or dinner. This venue can hold up to 50 people and is situated next to the William Angliss Bakeshop. Mains begin at $10 and set menus start at $15.
Occasions Restaurant
The Occasions Restaurant provides affordable dining for individual bookings or large functions. With capacity for 100 people it is a great space for Student groups and Probus clubs and offers very affordable prices. Mains begin at $10 and set menus start at $15.

The Diploma of Events students can help plan and organise your next corporate event. The students will use their creative flair to make your next event easy and successful.
Open to the Public
The William Angliss Training Restaurants are for lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday. The following dates outline when the three training restaurants will be open for 2010.
22nd February to 1th April 12th April to 18th June 2nd August to 17th September 4th October to 10th December
VET in Schools program lunch dates 28th June to 2nd July 20th September to 24th September
