Employ our students
Connect your organisation to skilled, passionate students and graduates
If your business is looking to recruit people with a passion, Careers and Employment will link you to current students and graduates who are looking for work. William Angliss Institute graduates are well ahead of the national average in terms of employment outcomes after training.
Speak with us about employing our students and graduates on casual, part-time, full-time, and volunteer basis.
Advertise a job at William Angliss Institute
Advertise a job using our online jobs portal including casual, part-time, full-time, placement or volunteer vacancies to current students and graduates (free service).
All jobs advertised to William Angliss Institute students must;
- be with a registered business
- have all appropriate and current workplace insurances, and
- comply with all relevant Australian Federal and State Laws including paying minimum award rates, superannuation, and any other entitlement that a normal employee would be entitled to under the relevant legislation.
If you require further advice or information on pay rates, refer to the Fair Work Ombudsman.
As with all employment opportunities advertised to our students and graduates, we will not publish any job advertisements that do not meet standards in accordance with Fair Work legislation.
We will approve the following volunteer advertisements:
- Volunteer roles with a registered not-for-profit organisation
- Internships or work experience opportunities that fulfil part of the curriculum.
If you are advertising a volunteer role that does not meet the above criteria, please refer to the Fair Work Ombudsman for information on unpaid positions.
Students completing select courses are required to complete a placement as part of their curriculum. If you are interested in learning more about placement opportunities, please get in touch using the contact form at the bottom of the page.
