The Pathway to Victoria Scholarship program is made possible by funding from the Victorian Government through Study Melbourne and is available for William Angliss students undertaking packaged courses. This scholarship will provide a subsidy of $2,500 towards your pathway course fees subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria and acknowledging the terms and conditions of this Scholarship.

At William Angliss Institute, a limited number of scholarships are available for pathway programs (the first course undertaken in a packaged study plan):

  • ELICOS training program at our partner ELICOS provider, Impact English College Melbourne (CRICOS Code: 02995B) - packaged with vocational or higher education programs at William Angliss
  • Certificate Programs at William Angliss packaged with Diploma or above
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma courses packaged with Bachelor Degrees

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship:

  • Be offshore at the time of application of pathway program
  • Be a new, commencing student
  • Enrolments are for study in Victoria ( when borders open)
  • Accept a packaged Offer with William Angliss Institute by paying applicable fees*
  • Proceed to and commence the principal/second course in that package
  • Apply for a Student Visa** with William Angliss Institute as the principal course provider
  • Must not be a currently enrolled student at William Angliss Institute
* The required tuition fees, Overseas Student Health Cover and Deposits for the principal course.
** A Visa Application should be lodged within 6 months of CoE issue date


Terms and Conditions of Scholarship

  • In the case that a student does not successfully progress and enrol in the principal program or cancel any of their pathway program, the scholarship funds will be deducted from pre-paid tuition fees and deposits
  • This scholarship does not apply to students who are studying pathway program only
  • The commencement date for the pathway scholarship course cannot be deferred
  • Deferment of studies during pathway course, or prior to commencement of principal course, is allowable under compassionate and compelling circumstances. The maximum deferment period is 6 months
  • Scholarship recipients must apply for a student visa within 6 months of the issuance of CoEs.
  • Scholarships will be allocated until 31st December 2022 or until available scholarships are exhausted
