The newly refurbished premise provides industry clients with the flexibility of training staff in a training environment including classrooms and kitchens enhancing the on the job training that is being undertaken.

Whilst William Angliss Institute has been providing industry-based training in workplaces across NSW since 2003, the Angliss Industry Training Centre will offer a greater range of qualifications in hospitality, retail, foods, tourism and business, further strengthening our relationships with industry.

The food enthusiast will also be able to benefit from the great facilities and training services at the Centre through an exciting array of short courses in cooking, baking, confectionery, patisserie and food tours.
