Baker (ANZSCO 351111)

Aligned Qualifications:

  • FBP30421 Certificate III in Bread Baking
  • FBP30521 Certificate III in Baking (available from Q3 2026)

Suitable for professionals skilled in bread production, artisan baking, and commercial or retail bakery operations.

Chef (ANZSCO 351311)

Commercial Cookery Pathway

Aligned Qualification: SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management

Suitable for experienced chefs with supervisory or management responsibilities in Western, Continental, and international cuisines.

Asian Cookery Pathway

Aligned Qualification: SIT40821 Certificate IV in Asian Cookery

Suitable for chefs with strong expertise and leadership in Asian cuisines, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.

Pastry Pathway

Aligned Qualification: SIT40721 Certificate IV in Patisserie

Suitable for: Professionals with significant experience in creative pastry work, dessert production, patisserie, and team supervision.

Cook (ANZSCO 351411)

Commercial Cookery Pathway

Aligned Qualification: SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Suitable for cooks with experience in Western, Continental, and international cuisines, focusing on professional kitchen operations and consistent food preparation.

Asian Cookery Pathway

Aligned Qualification: SIT31121 Certificate III in Asian Cookery

Suitable for cooks specialising in authentic Asian cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, and others), evaluated alongside Australian food safety and workplace standards.

Pastrycook (ANZSCO 351112)

Aligned Qualifications:

  • FBP30321 Certificate III in Cake and Pastry
  • SIT31021 Certificate III in Patisserie

Suitable for specialists focused on cake, pastry, patisserie, and confectionery production in commercial environments.
