Study Level

From a short course over one evening to a three-year degree, there's a study level option to suit every student at Angliss. Depending on your goals and career outcomes, you can sample a few short courses or enroll in a longer study path for advanced qualifications.

What are the different study levels at Angliss?

Short Course
Choose from a broad range of short courses to upskill you in an area you're passionate about or prepare you for the hospitality workforce. Whether your career interests lie in the kitchen or in team management, we've got a short course experience to expand your skills.

The VCAL program is an alternative to completing VCE for year 11 and 12 students, and offers skills in kitchen operations, hospitality or tourism. We also provide VET delivered in secondary schools.

Vocational Education
Our Certificate, Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas give you practical experience that will help you get job ready, or can provide the training component of an apprenticeship or traineeship. Our industry-recognised vocational courses prepare you for work in the experience industry.

Higher Education
Angliss offers a range of higher education degree courses that combine the practical with academic foundations and strong industry connections. Degree courses are enhanced with experiential learning opportunities and are an engaging blend of theory and practice.

Finally, our postgraduate courses offer either a Master by Research, or by Coursework to allow for in depth theoretical study. Postgraduate study at Angliss gives you a truly unique learning experience, establishing you as an authority and an agent of change in industries that demand innovation and collaboration.

There are different pathways and flexible learning options across most Angliss course study levels.

Completing a Diploma or Advanced Diploma can guarantee entry into a Bachelor Degree program with 1-1.5 years credit.

Or if you have extensive experience in the industry you might be eligible to apply for credit exemptions via Recognition of Prior learning (RPL).
