Angliss restaurant students get to work alongside recognised award-winning Australian chefs in our Great Chefs program. Final year apprentice chefs and hospitality students’ work together to bring you a fine dining experience you’ll appreciate.
Angliss Restaurant offers a number of buffet lunches and dinners where patrons can enjoy a range of dishes often including soups, pastas, meats, desserts, cheeses and more.
Themed Dinners & Degustation Nights
If you’re in the mood for some Spanish cuisine, you could try delicious seafood Paella. Fancy some Japanese miso and delicately rolled rice paper rolls and some sweet white tea with a superb seaweed salad? You get to try international flavours and cuisines for a fraction of the price at an Angliss themed night. Themed dinners include three courses that match the chosen theme and degustation nights feature six courses of the chef’s choice.
Functions & Special Events
Functions and special events can be hosted during school terms and can seat up to 150 people for dinner. An option to utilise our talented Event Management students to help you plan and execute the perfect event may be available. (Subject to availability).
Running for over 20 years, the William Angliss Institute Great Chefs program provides our cookery and hospitality students with the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's most recognised chefs. It also provides the food lovers of Melbourne the chance to experience great value exclusive menus from well-known chefs while supporting the next generation of chefs and hospitality leaders.
