The celebrations continue with our 80th-anniversary cupcake icing masterclass
Staff, industry friends, alumni and students joined Angliss Bakery and Patisserie teacher Greg Williams for a live Cupcake Icing Masterclass. He meticulously explained and demonstrated different types of icing and decorating techniques. Greg also answered questions such as what's the best long-lasting icing, how to store a decorated cupcake and how to start baking if you never have before.
