The Institute offers flexible programs that can be tailored to the individual needs of the students, along with off-campus community-based programs and flexible teaching styles to suit all learners, no matter whether you prefer practical hands-on education or book-based learning.

Hospitality Employment And Training (HEAT)
Run in conjunction with St Kilda Youth Services (SKYS), this program provides disadvantaged youth with hospitality training and employment support to enter the workforce.
