School Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is William Angliss Institute (the Institute) 555 La Trobe Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 (ABN 66 266 583 978).

2. Promotional Period

The competition opens at 10 am (AEST) 02/02/2026 and closes at 3 pm (AEST) on 21/12/2026. 

3. Prizes

• There are four (4) prizes, each consisting of a Ticketek voucher to the value of $100.  Total prize value $400. 

• The total number of winners is four (4). 

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

• Any additional costs associated with the use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 

4. Conditions of Entry

To enter, eligible participants must submit their contact details via the competition entry form during the promotional period through the promotion link.  

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 15 years and over at the time of entry. 

• Entrants under 18 years of age confirm that they have permission from a parent or guardian to enter the competition.  

• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. 

• Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible may be deemed invalid. 

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. PrizeDraw Details 

The prize draw will take place on 5 January 2027 at 10 am (AEST) via electronic draw. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received. Any entries received after the close date will not be considered. 

If the prize is unavailable, for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation. 

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within 5 business days of the draw. 

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days, William Angliss Institute reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

Prizes will be available for collection from Reception at 555 La Trobe Street, 3000 Melbourne, Building A. Prizes must be collected in person unless otherwise agreed by the Institute. Where a prize winner requests that the prize be delivered by post, the prize will be dispatched at the winner’s own risk. The Institute accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, delay or damage to the prize once it has been dispatched or any replacements. 

7. Use of Personal Information

By entering the competition, entrants’ consent to William Angliss Institute collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition. Entrants also consent to receiving communications from William Angliss Institute, including emails about courses, events, and future opportunities. 

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function in emails or contacting William Angliss Institute directly. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 

8. Acknowledging and promoting success

The prize winner acknowledges and agrees that William Angliss Institute may publish the details of the prize winner including photographs taken by the Institute in its marketing material or reports, including social media, website, brochures, or other. 

9. Promoter rights reserved

The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.  

If for any reason a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner, and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 

If for any reason this promotion cannot run as planned, including due to any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any given time.  

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either provided by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition.
