Select lead team members to champion the Resident Dining Experience in your facility. Through five collaborative sessions over six weeks, participants will:

  • Identify and address critical service gaps
  • Implement sustainable dining improvements
  • Embed person-centred mealtime practices
  • Lead and mentor others through standard operating procedures
