Anna Polyviou Brings Angliss's First Great Chefs Dessert Degustation
Angliss's first Dessert Great Chefs dinner was a huge success, with Anna Polyviou working with our students on this special Great Chefs event.
Anna Polyviou bought the sweet to the fantastic event which had front and back of house students raving about the learning experience.
The five courses of dessert were topped off with Anna's famous firecracker dessert.
The dinner wasn't just a delight to the taste buds, it was also a visual feast. Anna was so impressed with the work of the Angliss events students who helped theme and style the event that she's invited them to Sydney to help out with her Sweet Street event.
