Course Description

A patisserie traineeship with William Angliss will allow you to complete your qualification while working in the hospitality industry at your workplace of choice, guided by experienced chefs and patissiers. Gain on-the-job experience while you build a strong resume.

You'll develop the fundamental skills for excellence in patisserie; from gateaux and petits fours to food safety and basic cookery methods.
