Description

Want to cook from the heart and put yourself on the plate?  Need to ‘inject some flavour’ and ‘balance your dish’ (and not just from the microwave to your lap in front of the tv)? Are you not ready to go home because you still have so much to give…?

Go from disaster chef to master chef with this exciting new class.

This hands-on cooking class is designed for those with little or no kitchen experience and is ideal to launch the novice cook into the exploration of home cooked cuisine (along with standard catchphrases – see above) while establishing confidence in the kitchen.

The course covers a range of basic equipment and cooking methods (rest assured - we will explain how to 'fold in the cheese'), in addition to food preparation and presentation. You will develop elementary knife skills and learn how to prepare fundamental dishes.

This class will open up a new world of taste and flavour while inspiring the dormant chef inside you; we’ll give you protein on a plate and every ingredient will be the hero of the dish

On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Due to our enviromental sustainability policy William Angliss will no longer provide disposable containers to transport food; please bring suitable containers to take home all you make in class.
