We offer government-supported places for our complete suite of Victorian cookery courses.

William Angliss Institute courses are designed to give both apprentices and full time students the very best preparation for a career in commercial cookery. Students develop the fundamental skills and knowledge required in professional cooking and kitchen management using state-of-the art facilities.

A career in cookery could take you all over the world with opportunities existing in cafes, casinos and restaurants globally. The possibilities are endless. You could even find yourself trotting the globe with a job on a cruise ship!

A highlight of William Angliss Institute’s cookery program is the strong industry connections including the highly regarded Great Chefs program which gives final year cookery students an opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious chefs in Melbourne’s culinary scene.
